The Rustic Shop-The Speckled Hen

So this month (February 2016) I became a rep (for free btw) for a shop called The Rustic Shop. They were running a special this month where you could join for free. So I figured why not join now? So I decided to take the jump. Haven't had any sales yet but I haven't been able to work at it too much yet.

So far though I do enjoy the company and I love that there are so many cute products. The only products that I have handled so far are the salsas and I can't even begin to tell you how much in love with them I am! While I love every one of the salsas, my favorite is the Premium Black Bean & Corn Salsa. Based off of me loving the salsas so much, I'm sure I will enjoy any other product I get from The Rustic Shop.

Sobrr App-Easy to use

Recently I have started using this app called Sobrr. So far I really enjoy it and I find it easy to use. Sobrr made it easy to move throughout the app. It is very simple to move from your profile to looking up what is called 'Vibings'. Vibings are just pictures of whatever the user decided to post. It could be of themselves or someone or something else. Below is a photo of what the app looks like in the app store. You can find Sobrr in both the Apple Store and Android.

A feature of this app is that whatever photo you post, it only last 24 hours, hint the line below their name in the photo below. With this app, you are able to look at photos that people have posted in 3 different ways. The first is popular, second is local, and the third is latest. Then from their you can also choose to look at photos from both sexes or just either male or female.

In the picture below, it describes in a shortened and simple way of just one way that the app is really all about. The photos that you post to the app don't stay forever and expire after 24 hours. After 24 hours are up, the photo that you posted is gone. Another thing that is gone after 24 hours is someone who added you as a friend if you (or they) decide to not add you to their crew before the 24 hours are up.

Here is a screenshot of what some of the different screens when you move throughout the app. As you can see it is an app that is nice and clean looking (if you're into looks). Sobrr also includes a couple of features that everyone is familiar with which is commenting and liking. With this app though to 'like' a photo you would hit 'Cheer'. What I find neat is that you can see how many views that the photo has that you are viewing.

The last feature (and topic) I'm going to talk about is your profile. Like Facebook, Twitter, and various other social networks, you are able to choose your profile picture and cover photo. Sobrr calls your profile picture 'avatar'. From there looking at your profile, you can change your avatar, cover photo, and username. You can look at your notification settings and also your cheer score as well.

New business venture

I would love to share with everyone a new little business venture I am doing. The business is called Kitsy Lane and it is an online jewelry boutique. It is something that is in a way new for me but yet not totally. The part that is new about this business venture with Kitsy Lane is that I doing business pretty much online almost. I can do trunk shows or I can do face-to-face personal jewelry consultations. Something that they are going to let boutique owners and customers eventually do (which will work great for me) is have either a vParty or a vStyle Session. Both will be held online on my Kitsy Lane online boutique. A vParty is of course and online party and a vStyle is where I can hold one-on-one online style consultation.

I am doing this because it is something that I can do not only while I am still in college but I can continue to do it when have a steady job after graduation. There are lots of things that I like about Kitsy Lane  but one of my favorites is how they really incorporate social media to help Kitsy Lane Boutique Owners to get the word out their not only about their business but the wonderful, beautiful jewelry. The second thing that I like about Kitsy Lane is that they have set up the boutique owners to be able to have success with their business. They want you to succeed which is awesome.

As much as I would love to tell you all of my favorite things about Kitsy Lane and also about some of my favorite pieces, I won't. Just because that would either be 1. a really long post or 2. it would take several blog posts to tell you everything. Sei Bella Designs Review

I am going to share a company that where I completely fell in love with their products. The company is called Sei Bella Designs and Sei Bella primarily sells jewelry but they do have a few scarves as well. This company will have been around for a year this summer. I have personally seen about half of their products in person because my work manages their website and helps them with marketing. Below are a few pictures of a piece that I have from Sei Bella. Maui Jim Sunglasses

Below is a pair of one of a variety of amazing sunglasses of Maui Jim sunglasses. My boyfriend has a pair that is similar to this pair, only his is black, but he absolutely LOVES them! They are a really great quality pair of sunglasses and I can assure you that you would be just as happy and content as my boyfriend. As you can see, they are very stylish as well. In terms of price point, they are on the expensive end of sunglasses at $279.00 but they do have some pairs that are a little cheaper if your price point is a little lower. But I do very highly suggest getting this pair.
